Occupational therapy can improve a person’s quality of life after illness, injury, surgery, and health conditions. Our caring team of therapists focuses on both your physical and mental health.

After your evaluation, our therapists create a program designed for your needs.

What we offer includes:

  • Static Splinting
  • Hand and elbow rehabilitation
  • Neurological rehabilitation for stroke, Parkinson’s disease, traumatic brain injury, and many others
  • Orthopedic therapy, which may include training for adaptive equipment and upper extremity strengthening
  • Geriatric therapy, which may include training for adaptive equipment, strengthening, and modifying daily activities

Our occupational therapists are specially trained to help with:

  • Loss of strength, range of motion, and coordination of the hands and arms
  • Static Splinting
  • Recommending adaptive equipment (e.g., tub benches, lower body dressing equipment, grab bars)
  • Guidance on daily living activities (e.g., dressing, bathing).
  • Low vision
  • Education and training of others, including family members and caregivers, when applicable.
  • Ways to help with daily functioning when a person has physical, mental, and social changes from a health condition

Treatment interventions may include:

  • Ultrasound / Electric stimulation
  • Paraffin bath
  • Lymphedema Management
  • Manual Therapy
