Walk-in Care at Baker Rural Health Clinic

Your affordable and convenient alternative to the emergency room.

You and your family can expect compassionate, highly competent care for illnesses like colds and flu, sports injuries, sudden pain, infections, and flare-ups of chronic conditions. We treat patients of all ages. Out-of-state residents are also welcome.

The clinic is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Wednesday and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Walk-ins are welcome!

Flu Shots Now Available!

Baker Rural Health Clinic is now providing flu shots for walk-ins and by appointment Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Call us at (904) 653-4700 if you'd like to schedule an appointment.

COVID-19 Antibody Testing

Baker Rural Health Clinic is now offering COVID-19 antibody testing during regular hours of operation by appointment only. An antibody test will help assess if you have antibodies to the virus that causes COVID-19 or if you have had a previous infection.
