Clinical Lab Services

Ed Fraser Memorial Hospital offers a full-service lab with state-of-the-art equipment and highly qualified personnel. All technical personnel are licensed by the state of Florida. The lab also participates in a quarterly national survey to assure lab proficiency. Our lab is licensed by Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) and the state of Florida.

There is little or no wait time to have your lab work done.

Our lab performs tests for STAT or routine orders. If your physician orders a STAT test, we call or fax results to your physician quickly.

We send paper copies of all your test results directly to your physician.

Hours of Operation

• Outpatient lab tests are available Monday through Friday, 6 am to 4 pm.
• No appointment is needed for most lab testing.
• Appointments are needed for Glucose Tolerance Tests (after 4 pm).
• Extended hours are available upon request.
