Physical Therapist (FT)

Baker County Medical Services is looking for an energetic and motivated Physical Therapist to come on-board and Grow with our Therapy Department!

They will need to be able to assess, evaluate, plan and carry out physical therapy programs per Physician orders.
Record/Document on treatments and progress toward individual patient goals.
Utilize appropriate documentation programs and Participate in patient discharge planning. Provide ongoing appropriate level of clinical direction for PTA’s and other duties as required.

**Level 2 AHCA Background screening
**Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
**B.S. or M.S. in Physical Therapy
**Current Florida State Licensure as a Physical Therapist
