Seeking PRN OT. Our campus here at Ed Fraser Memorial Hospital in Macclenny, FL includes a 25 bed Med/Surg floor along with W Frank Wells Nursing Home, our 68-bed Skilled Nursing Facility and Outpatient Therapy services provided as well.

*Must have current OT FL license w/verifiable experience

*Must pass Level 2 AHCA BKGD screening
